Seeking great Customer Service talent for a Colorado health organization!

Industry : Hospital & Healthcare

Employment Type : Contract-to-hire (3 month)

Description :

• Taking inbound calls from patients from the hospital or medical centers attached to the hospital
• Handling operator calls for switchboard, call for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups
• Will be placing outbound calls (general discharge, general observation, and stroke calls)

SHIFT HIRIRNG FOR :

3 12’s, Sun, Mon, Tues 6 : 30 PM to 7 AM

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

MUST HAVE :

• At least 1 year of recent call center background or dispatching / 911 operating experience over the phones
• Someone who can work in a fast paced environment and stressful environment (at times)
