Job Description: To sell classes and all ancillary programs, services, and products to new and existing students. Absolute responsibility to provide the best experience at the first touch point and throughout the entire customer journey. To provide the highest quality assistance, education and support to families and staff. Provide timely and relevant information to families each week. 

Specific Job Duties include but not limited to…

1. Pipedrive (CRM) Tasks
2. Sales promotion activities as identified by marketing & leadership to meet registration goals
3. Work with marketing to implement great plans for ancillary sales, internally and externally
4. Answer the phones and check and respond to voicemail
5. Voicemail greeting change
6. Pipedrive (Lead Software) Email 
7. Textline Texts
8. Liaison between teachers and customers for things like private lessons
9. Process Registrations and Withdrawals
10. Weekly Newsletter
11. Weekly Team app posts
12. Studio Wide Calendar Maintenance
13. All Family Communication related to things like but not limited to:
    1. Studio Closures
    2. Class Updates such as Cancellation, Addition, Time Change, etc.
    3. Surveys of any kind
    4. In House Event notice/reminders such as Parent Observation, Spirit Week, Pathway/VIP Meeting notice

Time Needed: 9.5 hours per week during weekdays at the studio - July through June, excluding Thanksgiving week, Holiday Break Closure, Spring Break Week

Total Package Wage: $15/hr (9.5 hours per week) This wage will be paid out with monthly payroll July - June. If you decide to decline, change position or are dismissed prior to completion date all hours not completed will not be paid out. Detailed time tracking is required for all roles. Payment will not be remitted without time tracking submitted to management. Management reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or amend any part of this contract at its discretion.
