Location: Broomfield, CO

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 11 AM-8 PM, Friday 9 AM–6 PM, with a

rotating Saturday (MST)

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Description:

• Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking inbound calls to answer questions regarding outstanding bills
• Will make outbound calls when available and use various collection strategies to collect on past-due bills
• Help work towards a solution with the customer to get the bill resolved

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Nothing less than a year at each job or position
• 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
• Someone who performs well with upset customers face-to-face or over the phone
