Duties/Responsibilities Include:

• Order Entry and Invoicing
• Accounts Receivable / Collection Calls and Emails
• Proactive communications with customers on their order status and shipping delays
• Answering customer calls and emails related to questions about our products and/or their order
• Proficient use of office equipment including computer, phones, copier, software (Google email/drive docs, MS Excel, Order/Inventory Software), and Ordering and Billing systems (Unleashed, Xero, Shopify, Hubspot)
• Other duties as assigned

This is an in-office position. No out of state or remote candidates please.

Customer Service Office Hours are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
