EBD is seeking an energetic, articulate, highly organized and dedicated Account Manager to add to our team. We are a fast-paced marketing and design firm with a collaborative work environment well suited for people who are solution-oriented team players.

The focus of this position is to provide daily account management and client service for multiple accounts as well as daily scheduling of the design team. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Develop strong relationships with internal teams to coordinate and deliver projects on time and on budget
• Develop and grow understanding of the EBD business, offerings, competitors, industry and client news
• Create and nurture strong relationships with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
• Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow existing and new accounts
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of design process and ability to interpret client feedback in relation to business objectives and creative outputs
• Positioning including advising clients
• Identify new business opportunities within and outside of existing portfolio
• Ability to create scope documents & write proposals
• Research
• Create and manage budgets
• Weekly budget and project recaps
• Budget forecasting
• Client reports
• Generate and oversee schedules
• Deliver projects on time and on budget
• Supervise or support Account Managers, as applicable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Design firm or agency experience 
• 7-10 years experience, with 2 - 4 years managing multiple large accounts
• Real Estate & Retail experience preferred
• Knowledge of design and production process specific to print, packaging, web, signage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in Google Apps for Business
• Knowledge of Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Workamajig a plus

Salary range $70,000-$90,000, based on experience. While we have a flex schedule in place, this position requires team collaboration and a minimum of 4 days in office would be preferred. Benefits include vacation, 401k, and insurance that includes dental and vision.
