We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle escalated calls courteously and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's database.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and their needs met.
• Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
