DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER – OVERVIEW:
The digital marketing manager will lead Elevate’s digital efforts including social media strategy, website design and optimization, and email marketing to help further the agency’s business development and recruitment efforts across channels. Elevate is launching a new B2C experiences vertical focused on creating ticket, travel, and hospitality experiences at a variety of marquee sporting events around the world and this person will help to establish a content calendar to drive awareness and sales for these packages. The digital marketing manager will also support marketing efforts on select property sales projects with a variety of digital activities focused on revenue generation. This role has the direct ability to interact with a variety of Elevate clients across multiple teams and leagues around the globe to provide strategic guidance to support performance and revenue goals. Areas of oversight include digital campaign creation across website, email, social, and mobile apps to promote ticket sales for events. In addition, this role will advise on both owned and paid social campaigns to drive leads, deposits, and direct ticket sales. In addition to executing said campaigns, this role will analyze campaign performance and optimize when needed for maximum ROI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage Elevate’s digital content calendar including social media presence across Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
• Develop marketing automation journeys connecting, digital, social, and email interactions across Elevate’s digital channels
• Create campaigns to help drive awareness of Elevate across the industry and increase applications for open careers
• Help build and grow Elevate’s B2C marketing database to support Elevate X (Experiences)
• Serve as Elevate’s marketing point of contact on select client projects; interface with client marketing and ticketing teams on a weekly basis to help generate creative ideas and programs supporting ticket sales
• Setup, develop, and optimize campaign attribution models for all paid digital campaigns (i.e. LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Twitter, TikTok)
• Optimizing marketing automation and CRM software across client systems to effectively generate leads and ensuring all processes are in place for lead distribution and scoring
• Collaborate with the Elevate Insights team to improve data quality and audience segmentation and targeting
• Email copywriting and campaign development to drive sales
QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3-5 years of digital media/marketing experience
• Extensive marketing automation or email marketing experience using an enterprise tool such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot or hands-on experience using another solution
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Social media management of brand accounts including content creation, calendar and reporting
• Javascript, HMTL, CSS experience preferred
• Marketing automation experience preferred (i.e. Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Eloqua)
• CRM experience a plus
• Photoshop skills a plus
• Data-driven and analytical mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with others
• Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficiency while adhering to strict deadlines
