Job Summary:

As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services to existing and potential customers. You will work closely with the executive team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. This role is very hands-on and requires a proactive and creative approach to marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Create engaging marketing campaigns across multiple digital, print, and events channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing materials and sales collateral.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media, and email marketing.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Stay current on industry developments and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably within the automotive sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, analytics software, and content management systems.
