Blackstone Shooting Sports is looking for a Marketing Manager for their Charlotte NC location, who shares our passion for firearms and is committed to our mission of a best-in-class entertainment experience for all.
This key member of our marketing team will lead strategic marketing efforts and have an influential style that can get things done. Specifically, the ideal candidate will:
- Create strategic marketing plans and spearhead implementation
- Establish processes, set goals, and identify actions to obtain results
- Organize and motivate the in-house marketing team and our external marketing firm, creating a sense of direction
- Affect others’ actions or opinions while contributing to the development of the team
- Drive for results and be accountable
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on strategic revenue growth through marketing efforts
- Lead, manage, and hold the marketing team accountable for results
- Execute and mange the marketing plan and content calendar
- Be subject-matter expert of our products and services & collaborate with the sales team
- Own CRM and constantly optimize
- Own and consistently improve our website and Ecommerce store
