Job Summary
Develop, operationalize, execute, support and evaluate from conception through maturation strategic marketing, product, brand, communication, digital footprint, or outreach plan for enterprise promotion. Develop and manage site, program, project, or campaign ensuring enterprise and departmental strategic goals and objectives are met. Conduct online, field, or direct observation research to recommend and determine effectiveness as well as the consumer satisfaction of promotion and/or marketing strategy. Understand brand architecture, brand campaigns, and naming. Focus on implementing brand strategy through campaigns, media rotations, and naming. Maintain brand standards by reviewing and approving creative assets, signage, and fleet.

Requires reading, comprehending, editing or designing materials. Requires clear and effective communication. Requires the experience and ability to operate audiovisual equipment. Requires the occasional lifting of documents or supplies.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science. Master's preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization. Technical experience may include: use of Sitecore, structured data elements, knowledge of HTML 4/5 & CSS 3 (able to write/edit/troubleshoot code using a text editor), basic knowledge of responsive/mobile layout techniques (able to use Bootstrap to create a page layout), or basic knowledge of web page performance testing and optimization. Generally, requires the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. Previous brand strategy knowledge and brand management experience preferred.
