Customer Service Representative

Elegant Additions, a family-owned luxury plumbing and hardware showroom with locations in Houston and Dallas, is seeking an individual with customer service and technical experience to fill the role of our Customer Service Representative. The areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

· Engage with customers through phone, email, and video calls to address and resolve inquiries and issues related to Elegant Additions projects.

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

· Keep in regular contact with customers throughout the issue resolution process; promptly and thoroughly address all concerns, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.

· Ensure all customer support information is accurately and swiftly communicated, minimizing misunderstandings, and enhancing customer confidence.

· Customer service items must be tracked throughout the duration of the issue – initial customer request, vendor contact / research, request / submittal of photos / videos, resolution (order, parts shipped under warranty, client resolution) through the ticketing function in HubSpot (Operations Pipeline).

o Maintain detailed customer interactions and transaction records with documentation of all information and follow-ups to ensure consistent and personalized customer support.

o Coordinate the return and replacement of damaged and or incorrect shipments.

· Travel to job sites as needed to assist clients with technical issues related to products. This may include troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with other departments to proactively address client concerns and ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.

· Proactively reach out to clients through various channels to foster strong relationships, address inquiries, and provide support, thereby becoming the primary point of contact and the face of the service in both Houston and Dallas.

· Maintain liaison with Pinnacle Business Solutions, Elegant Additions 3Rd party logistics company that provides shipping and receiving in their Houston facility.

The applicant must:

· Be inquisitive, have a mechanical interest and would like to learn how plumbing and door hardware work. We will train.

· Be comfortable using computers including Microsoft office suite including Word, and Excel.

· Be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

· Be able to handle multiple items at one time.

· Want to work as part of a team.
