We are looking for an Office Manager for a part-time position in our office in Brooklyn, New York . We believe in fostering a positive and thriving workplace culture. As our team in New York is growing we are looking for an Office Manager that will be the heartbeat of our office and play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operations processes of our workspace while also nurturing a positive and collaborative environment for our team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO...
  • Your first project- we are moving! :) You will support and manage the operations around our moving day. Act as the central point of contact for employees, supporting office needs, events, and social activities.
  • Collaborate closely with our HR team in Tel Aviv to align welfare activities and cultivate a thriving office culture.
  • Be the driving force behind maintaining a meticulously organized and inviting office space, including managing supplies and ensuring equipment functionality.
  • Manage office inventory, from ordering supplies and snacks to overseeing beverage selections.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and welcoming workspace. Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and providing necessary materials.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of office events and social activities, fostering team unity.
OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS...
  • Proven experience as an Office/operation/ employee experience Manager or similar role.
  • Availability to come work in our office in Brooklyn between 2-3 times a week.
  • Comfortable working independently, demonstrating proactive decision-making, and taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
  • Experience in coordinating events or activities is a plus.
Salary range- 30,000-40,000
