Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to executives and handle various office tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives
- Assist in organizing events and meetings
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Provide administrative support for projects and initiatives
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Ability to assist in event planning and coordination
- Strong customer support skills for interacting with clients and partners
- Knowledge of order entry systems for processing orders accurately
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
- Capable of project coordination and multitasking effectively
- Excellent transcription skills for meeting minutes or dictations
- High level of computer literacy for various software applications
