Performs complex, specialized and sensitive administrative, secretarial, and clerical support services for the Chief Property Management Officer. Serves as the primary point of contact and communication for internal and external parties on behalf of the Chief Property Management Officer. Key responsibilities of this position include:Maintains the Chief Property Management Officers calendarAssists and supports the Chief Property Management Officer in carrying out day-to-day property management activityConducts on a recurring basis special projects and assignmentsPrepares, administers, and monitors the department budgetResponds to telephone calls and office visitsReceives, responds, and distributes mail and other written materials sent to the Chief Property Management Officers officeProofreads and edits documents to ensure correct spelling and grammarTypes correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other documents using personal computer and software applicationsTakes and transcribes dictation for letters, notes, meeting minutes, and other documentsArranges travel and hotel accommodations for Chief Property Management OfficerEstablishes and maintains secure and confidential document filing system for Chief Property Management OfficerPerforms routine office expenditure accounting proceduresPerforms other related work duties as required About the Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this job will have:Post-secondary school education and training in administrative, secretarial, and clerical work functions.Six to eight years of progressively responsible administrative, secretarial, and clerical experience, including at least six years of related public-sector agency experience.NRHA will consider equivalent substitutes for education and/or experience, provided that the candidate can demonstrate that he/she has obtained the knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the job.NRHA offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The hiring pay range for this job classification is $37,440.00 to $65,686.00. The compensation offer will be determined by the candidate's work history and skill set. per year. Benefits include VRS retirement, medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; long-and short-term disability insurance; tuition reimbursement options; public service loan forgiveness, and much more.NRHA offers a total of $3,000 in bonus payments to new hires in this position.
