EMJ Company, a leader in the metals industry, is looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant in our Tulsa, Oklahoma distribution facility. We are in search of and individual who is energetic, organized, and reliable, that is ready to start a career with a stable and growing company. As a member of our administrative team, you would be critical in supporting our sales and operations departments daily.
To be successful in this role you must have good attendance and be able to work an 8am-5pm schedule (Monday-Friday). This is an entry level opportunity with potential for growth as we always look to promote from within. General Responsibilities:
· Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
· Processing all inbound paperwork
· Scanning all critical documents
· Inventory Control
· Accounts Payable
· Sales and Operations Support
· Other office duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent (some college/degree a plus)
· Experience with Microsoft Office
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent attendance and attention to detail
· Basic accounting knowledge preferred
