OUTSIDE SALES POSITION WITH A SALARY PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION WITH HIGH PERCENTAGE COMMISSION SPLITS AND OTHER BENEFITS
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proven experience in sales (preferred)
