Eagle Mat & Floor Products, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative
We’re looking for a results-driven inside sales representative to answer phone calls and emails and to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Sell to customers who contact us via phone, email, or live chat through our online e-commerce division and be able to respond to the customer using that same platform (phone, email, live chat, etc.)
- Gain and retain product knowledge by learning about our products through discussion with other employees, studying our website, and actively seeing, touching, and using our products
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through warm calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Check invoices, update pricing and product information, enter data, and various other responsibilities may be required
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Proven work experience as an inside or outside sales representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with email, internet applications, website searching, computers, and office phones (technology in general)
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
