We are in search of an Installer Apprentice who will be working with our lead installer to install our products in and around commercial properties in the Washington DC/Baltimore Metropolitan Areas. Some of these products include floor mats, stair treads, rubber gym flooring, elevator wall pads, etc. The job will be Monday through Friday from around 8:00am to 4:00pm (but those times may be somewhat flexible), with some installations at night or on the weekends, which would be considered Overtime Hours (and that pays 1.5x your hourly rate).

You must have a valid driver's license with a fairly clean record, since you will be driving our truck to all of the jobs. You will also need to able to get into secured buildings, so a clean legal record is required. We are looking for someone who is a good driver, is responsible and organized, is in good shape/health (since you may have to lift and carry heavy products), and is fairly handy, as well as willing to learn to install our products properly. We want someone who is looking for a career (not just a temporary job) and who wants to be a long term employee (potential increase in wage the longer you're with the company). You also need to be a legal US Resident (Green Cards are acceptable), you must be able to speak English (even if not fluently), and you must have your own cell phone (so that we can contact you if we need to while you are at work).
