E2Z Consultants Inc is Hiring a Business Development Manager - BC Near Vancouver, WA
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our clients team in Alberta, supporting their brands in the demanding role of Business Development. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with the ideal combination of drive, technical know-how, and sales prowess; an amazing chance to contribute to the expansion of our clients' company.
In order to increase profit sharing, the ideal candidate will cultivate enduring, moral relationships with customers as a Business Development Manager in order to optimize each client's successful sales. As you get to know each customer's needs and business, you'll become an essential component of every account, upholding our clients' position as their main provider.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new clients - Visit customer offices, shops, and job sites to evaluate the customer's business, comprehend their needs, and build and maintain strong relationships in order to produce and close profitable sales.
Process orders, quotes, job packages, and any other necessary sales functions.
Investigate and resolve customer issues; handle short payments and returns on time that exceeds the customer's expectations.
Own and lead the sales process, including producing sales call reports.
Educate the field on the clients' products, value proposition, and supporting customer service policies.
Comprehend and abide by all safety regulations at all customer locations.
Requirements
College and/or University degree
A minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service or counter sales or outside sales
Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
Driven to continually identify and pursue new customers and to profitably increase market share of each assigned customer
Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of products and value-added services
Excellent relationship building skills with customers, vendors, and teammates
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining tight deadlines with multiple projects
Ability to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders
Intermediate math skills · Able to learn how to operate material handling equipment
Location flexible as we are looking for regional support
