- Experience on ERP (PO Processing and Shipping related)
- Proficient in MS office suite & details oriented
- Answer customers enquiries through chat-based messaging system or phone call with excellent communication skill
- Handle online channels order and upload to ERP and other related process
- Handle shipping labels through Shipstation or LTL carrier
- Work with warehouse manager on RMA process and warranties.
- Assist sales manager on eCommerce channel maintenance and other additional tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
