As a Customer Service Representative at HavenHub, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Scheduling appointments for HVAC and turf installation services, coordinating with both customers and technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
3. Providing accurate information regarding our services, pricing, and scheduling policies to customers.
4. Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
6. Collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of service orders.
7. Assisting in the development of customer service procedures and best practices to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry such as home services or construction.
2. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner.
3. Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer inquiries and complaints.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
