Work Hours: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

Pay is negotiable.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing customers with service and facilitating collection activities for past due customers.
• Able to assist customers with payment questions or arranging payment plans.
• Direct phone calls to the appropriate department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be able to work Saturday.
• Polite and professional attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
