• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,
• Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to boss
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.
• Assist in office management and organization procedures
• Manage construction project with whole-cycle job life
• Perform other office duties as assigned;
• Manage construction project;
• Bilingual Required (English & Chinese)

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
