Responsibilities:

As a data entry shipping clerk, you'll be responsible for processing for the company's outgoing deliveries.

Job Description:

• Generate shipping labels for UPS/FedEx ground packages
• Generate Bulk Pick Lists
• Ensure packages have the correct shipping labels and packing slips
• Schedule UPS/FedEx express or ground pick up
• Work with 3PLs (3rd party logistic companies) & utilize our TMS software to get rate quotes for LTL shipments; generate Bill of Lading & schedule pick up time
• Utilize our ERP system to do data entry, generate packing slips, confirm shipment etc.
• Assist shipment shipping & receiving
• Answer questions from the Customer's service department

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 40 Words Per Minute
• Proficient with Email Application
• Friendly, helpful demeanor, team player
• Detail oriented
• The ability to communicate effectively with others
• Organization and multi-tasking skills
• The ability to function in a sometimes stressful, fast-paced working environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics or Netsuite Preferred)
• Familiarity with UPSWordship/ FedEx ship manager and other shipping platforms

Salary: $14.00 to $15 /hour
