About the Position:

Doyle Auctioneers & Appraisers is seeking an experienced client services professional for the position of Client Services Associate/Receptionist. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and work graciously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

• Answering the telephone switchboard and managing the day-to-day logistics of the front desk at Doyle
• Coordinating and scheduling the release of property to clients and shippers
• Managing property collection and maintaining released property database
• Supporting the Client Accounts Department with payment transactions
• Assisting the Bids Department
• Responding to client inquiries regarding all aspects of participating at auction

Requirements: 

• College graduate, preferably with a focus in the arts
• Experience in a customer service role of a high standard preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work graciously in a fast-paced environment
• Well-versed in Microsoft Suite and database programs
• Proficiency in a foreign language a plus
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States
