POSITION SUMMARY KKR seeks to recruit an experienced professional who is passionate about client success to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. As a key member of the Client and Product Services (CAPS) team, this Associate will partner with the Asset Class Product Teams, Relationship Managers, Compliance, Finance, Operations and Technology (as well as other stakeholder groups as needed) to coordinate and enhance the overall client experience, with a primary focus of ensuring the efficient and accurate completion of customized due diligence requests. Given the growth initiatives at KKR, this seat will provide an opportunity to help to improve the firm's internal processes and increase scalability as it relates to the servicing of clients. RESPONSIBILITIES
Write external communications including responses to Request For Proposal (RFP) requests, Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) requests, and other fundraising-related and client-monitoring questions
Build a deep knowledge and understanding of relevant funds and strategies in order to respond to fundraising requests and recurring client inquiries
Understand the various sources of content leveraged and help maintain library of standard responses in content management system
Serve as the internal point of contact (or "hub") for client requests; Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure high levels of client satisfaction across products
Collaborate, prioritize and multi-task to develop systematic processes and results
Maintain fundraising data room with up to date materials
Manage or assist with ad hoc projects and assignments
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of relevant experience in an investor relations/communications or related team
Prior experience in alternative investments (private equity, credit, real estate and/or infrastructure)
Prior experience responding to RFP and DDQ requests
Ability to quickly and accurately grasp a wide range of business concepts
Knowledge of investment products and industry terminology
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and grow relationships across KKR
#LI-DNI This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance. Base Salary Range $125,000-$145,000 USD KKR is an equal opportunity employer.
