The Client Service Associate serves as the main point of contact for all studio needs. As an integral part of the studio-client concierge team, you are the liaison between clients and internal departments for any and all requests. You ensure clients needs and requests are handled with the greatest efficiency and professionalism possible and are able to quickly improvise in order to best reflect our commitment to service.
The Client Services Associate requires outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, and operates with an obsessive attention to detail and a high sense of urgency to fulfill all requests. Successfully executing the role will require diligence, attentiveness and a positive demeanor when under pressure. An ability and interest in coffee, fashion and photography is imperative. The right candidate will have a desire to continue striving within the studio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet all clients and visitors in friendly and inspiring manner
- Take initiative in assisting clients with any needs with a can-do attitude
- Document and process client packages entering and leaving the facility
- Place re-stock orders for front of house
- Answer, field and transfer all inbound calls
- Serve beverages to clients
- Daily inventory of office and café supplies
- Ad hoc duties from MGMT
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year[s] experience in client services related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Barista experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Flexible schedule; weekend, weekday, day and night
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Self-starter, high-level of efficiency and organization
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude.
