This role requires someone with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, who operates with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

The roll require the individual to work diligently and attentively, exercise impeccable service and cleanliness, with a balance of duties and priorities.

Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors
• Direct clients to studios and bathroom facilities
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, smoothies, beverages, and select snacks to clients and visitors
• Manage inventory of cafe supplies
• Secondary responsibility: Periodically answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls.
• Maintain DOH Cleaning and Sanitation checklists
• Prepare for DOH inspections
• Provide inspired customer service : )
