Door & Gate USA is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Philadelphia, PA

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building technology sales and construction, and enjoy building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside visits to current and potential commercial and industrial customers to introduce our services and identify potential client's needs.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from prospects
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals

Experience:
- Customer Friendly experience hospitality or restaurant field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable
- Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of building technology or construction is a plus

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission. Company Vehicle, all expenses paid. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you succeed in your role as a Business Development Representative. Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:
