Key Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Building:
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and active listening.
    • Utilize a consultative approach to understand clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  2. Sales and Business Development:
    • Engage in prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with insurance agents to identify and pursue potential clients, showcasing the value of our programs.
    • Develop long term relationships with clients allowing you to expand future relationships within a book of business that you manage.
  3. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
    • Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and proactively support clients throughout their journey.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Participate in a month long comprehensive training program covering sales techniques, insurance products, and industry regulations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure is a plus.
  • Must be willing to obtain a State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure if not currently in possession of one.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Motivated self-starter with a hunger for career growth.
  • Coachable and open to learning a new industry.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to pass a financial services background check

Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $41,000 per year
  • Expected Total Earnings: $55,000 to $70,000 in the first year (including commissions and bonuses)
  • Second Year Anticipated earnings between $90,000 to $110,000 (including commissions and bonuses)
