We are aggressively expanding our Americas based team which is headquartered in Boston, MA.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Creatio team, who will work with global markets. The role is full-time and based in Boston, MA. The candidate must have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business.

The ideal candidate for this role would strongly desire to foster connections. With adeptness in telephone, email, and social media communication, they would excel in this position. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills would distinguish them, and their intrinsic motivation, unwavering integrity, and collaborative spirit would ensure effective teamwork with the sales and marketing department. Familiarity with the SaaS industry landscape, particularly within CRM and Low/No-Code solutions, would be a valuable asset. Responsibilities:

  • Answering potential clients’ in-bound applications via different communication channels (phone calls, registrations, e-mail, chat);
  • Outbound calls to potential clients from targeted segments and businesses aimed to attract them and arrange a meeting with our Sales Executives;
  • Presenting our company and product line to potential clients, identifying their business needs, forming interest and willingness to continue their dialogue with us;
  • Keeping in touch with potential clients, providing additional information regarding our company, products, and any other information needed;
  • Identifying key decision makers and gathering information about them;
  • Registering contacts’ important occasions and congratulating them;
  • Inviting clients to events and contacting them to update their status after these events

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Phone, email, and social media communication skills;
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic;
  • Eager to kickstart a promising career journey and actively seeking opportunities to develop essential skills and gain valuable experiences.
  • It will be an advantage to understand the SaaS industry landscape, especially CRM, Low/No-Code solutions, and have experience with tools for outbound campaign building – Apollo.io, Expandi, Salesloft, Reply, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and alike;
  • familiarity working with B2B clients/partners is preferred
