Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Duration: Fulltime
Job Details:
* Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipment's.
* Experience in handling and troubleshooting Hardware devices like Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablets, iPad, Printers.
* Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken.
* Maintain proper preventative maintenance procedures at on-site location.
* Demonstrates a broad knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts.
* Willing to travel to other sites from your Home base located around 2 hours driving distance
* Willing to travel to other locations for Training purpose.
* Solid team and people skills
