About the role
As the Executive Assistant to our VP of Marketing, Cari Goodrich, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing leadership in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the team. This position is instrumental in facilitating the smooth operation of our marketing department, ensuring our leadership is well-supported to focus on strategic initiatives. What you'll do

• Calendar Management : Efficiently manage Cari Goodrich's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Meeting Coordination : Lead the planning and execution of regular all-hands meetings and team offsites, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Communication Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and clear communication channels.
• Document Management : Prepare and manage essential documents such as correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Special Projects : Assist in various ad-hoc projects, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities and needs.
• Relationship Management : Foster and maintain productive relationships with team members, clients, and partners.
• T&E Management: Oversee the travel and expense budget for the VP of Marketing and the department, promoting responsible and efficient use of resources.

Skills you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role, ideally within a marketing context.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and detail.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
