DHAL INFORMATION SYSTEM is Hiring an Administrative assistant Near Naples, FL

Position : Administrative Assistant Specialist

Contract Duration 6month

Location : Naples FL

Pay Rate$22 / hr

Summary :

With minimum supervision responsible for administrativeduties of broad scope and complexity requiring independentjudgement and familiarity with applicable procedures.

Responsibilities :

Following establishedprocedures perform a variety of administrative responsibilities.May be required to perform some or all of thefollowing :

  • Operate word processor personal computer or CRT toperform the full scope of word processing graphics and / orpublishing applications as well as creating documents containingfinancial or statistical data or scientific technical or legalterminology.
  • Enter and manipulate data onspreadsheet data base or file management programs and perform abroad range of typing projects.
  • Set prioritiesand procedures for accomplishing work.
  • May berequired to delegate portions to others or offer assistance andsupport to others.
  • Collect data conductresearch and compile information using a variety of mathematicalcalculations for a broad range of reports and projects.
  • Compose analyze and distribute documents.
  • Proofread and correct grammatical typographicalcompositional or data errors.
  • Conduct meetingsor presentations.
  • Conduct inquiries intospecific problems such as delays to ensure objectives are beingmet.
  • Communicate potentially negativesituations to management in a constructive manner.
  • Read mail highlight action or important items attachrelevant files or information before distributing.
  • Respond to routine correspondence or draft routineresponses for review and signature.
  • Interfaceeffectively with team members functional departments and customers.Screen calls respond to routine questions and receive and / or escortvisitors.
  • Schedule appointments and makedomestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external executivelevelstaff to schedule inhouse and offsite meetings.
  • Coordination may include arrangements for travel andhotel accommodations meal menus recreational programs guestspeakers and developing agendas.
  • Maintain confidential records and reports.

JobRequirements :

  • Three years related office experience ordemonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities. HSEducation.
  • Ability to accurately type 55 wpmwhere applicable.
  • Must demonstrate effectiveverbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be aparticipative team player.
