GRS COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT is Hiring an Administrative Assistant vt Near Naples, FL

GRS Community Management is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on an onsite luxury, resort-style HOA property in Naples, FL. The candidate will work closely with the on-site Association Manager in the daily operations of the Association with a goal to maintain, enhance the property values and assets of the Association.

$22 and up based on experience

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the HOA, clubhouse management, and interfacing with residents, the HOA Board and committees.
  • Work in conjunction with the property manager to process all community

ARB requests, work orders.

  • Answer all calls and emails from homeowners, board members, and

property managers in a timely manner.

  • Prepare monthly board meeting, annual, and budget meeting packages

are requested by the property manager.

  • Prepare and submit check requests for processing by Accounts Payable.
  • Activate barcodes for residents.​Requirements:
  • High attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years strong Administrative experience
  • Experience in Office 365, Word and some Excel
  • Cinc experience but will train
