Jo-Anne Herina Jeffreys, Esq. PA is Hiring an Administrative Assistant for Law Office Near Naples, FL

Work closely with attorney in small boutique law firm concentrating in Estate Planning and Elder Law: * Answer phone and greet clients * Provide administrative support to attorney * Organize and maintain filing system * Draft, revise and finalize documents and letters * Responsible for faxing, photocopying and preparing correspondence for mailing, including overnight packets (i.e., UPS, FedEx, etc.) * Coordinate meetings between attorneys and clients, and maintain attorney calendar * Prepare various estate planning documents * Perform client document filing in timely manner * Knowledge of Florida Probate courts, judicial procedures and e-portal. Assistant will also be updating the client management software, Creating estate planning binders, Witnessing estate planning signing meetings, Preparing Deeds and Recording documents.

  • Must be organized and detail oriented; must be able to work well under pressure and to prioritize; must be proficient in the area of client contact; Must be well-spoken, friendly, and possess a professional manner.

Firm is located in Naples.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and team player, with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, and a high level of organization, attention to detail and professionalism.

This position requires:

  • A minimum of (2) two years experience in a law office.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with calendaring, tracking, and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
