Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000

Job Description:

• Manage employee records within the HRIS
• Process any changes to employee status such as new hires, promotions, and terminations
• Conduct investigations and serve as a liaison for employee relations
• Research and implement internal programs that strengthen employee/employer relations
• Support learning and development life cycle: assessment, planning, training, implementation, etc.
• Assist in creating and implementing office policies and practices as well as employment programs and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years supporting an HR or talent management department
• Knowledgeable of HR programs, such as benefits and recruiting
• Training planning, development, and implementation experience
