Employee Recruitment & Hiring:

• The primary responsibility is to coordinate Talent system process for employee recruitment and hiring to include, but not limited to, posting/unposting, reviewing, guiding, and approving recruitment transactions for Business Units or Colleges.
• Utilizes Handshake platform for student workers and oversees their recruitment and hiring process.
• Data entry in the ATS (Talent) systems on behalf of the Client Services Team's client.
• Provides creation and support of: Offer letters, Requisitions, Candidate management tools.
• Advises search committees on recruitment best practices.
• Act as the managing hub of documentation and scheduling for talent searches, and on-boarding. 

Policy & Procedural Guidance:

• Communicates policy and procedural guidance to applicants, employees, and hiring managers on general inquiries.
• Works with guidance from the senior members of the HR Client Services team for general inquiries.
• Provides support and coordination of employee leaves, performance management and career development.

HRIS Processing: 

• Ensures correct documentation is included with all system transactions entered and in employee records for all phases of the recruitment/pre-employment process for the Unit or College supported by the Client Services Team.
• Supports HRIS (UAccess Employee) systems including entering job postings, creating offer letters, new employment transactions, employment and compensation change transactions, and separation transactions. 

Misc.: 

• Participates in related HR activities, including, but not limited to: trainings, work committees, projects, and job fairs.

• Skilled with various software applications such as, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Zoom, file sharing such as Box.
