Dayton Dragons is Hiring a Business Development Manager Near Dayton, OH
- Renew season ticket and ticket package accounts from year to year
- Provide unsurpassed customer service to all clients as well as co-workers
- Generate new business through leads lists, name collection activities, cold calls, speaking engagements, networking events, etc.
- Maintain and service group sales contacts
- Follow and implement all team sales programs and call scripts
- Help develop new sales promotions
- Assist with team sales campaigns
- Active involvement in local Chamber of Commerce’s throughout the Dayton region
- Hosting clients and prospects at all home games
- College degree
- 3-5 years in B2B and/or ticket sales experience is preferred
- Proven record of establishing and maintaining professional relationships
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Have own dependable vehicle and transportation
- Experience with ticket systems is a plus
