The Senior Administrative Assistant for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders including the Vice President. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to get tasks done in several systems, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, ability to work with confidential information, and the initiative to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

This position is part of the Hematology and Urinalysis business unit located in Miami, Florida and will report to the Vice President of R&D. This role will be an on-site role. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage detailed and demanding schedules spanning multiple time zones in Outlook.
  • Utilize MS Office suite & other systems to prepare presentations and reports.
  • Prepare & review expense reports to corporate policy.
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings & conferences.
  • Greet site visitors/customers and determining access to appropriate parties.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Project management and/or event planning.

The hourly range for this role is $24.04-$31.25 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
