- Contributions to DMO and MandO newsletters and communications.
- SharePoint and Teams management.
- Client issued phone management.
- Office supplies procurement including computer peripherals.
- Facilitating large group meetings.
- Visitor scheduling and coordination.
- Office space and locker management.
- Providing assistance with hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must possess a High School Diploma.
- 3 years of administrative experience such as:
- Calendar management including coordinating complex meetings.
- Online tools such as expense reports, Travel tools, purchasing tools, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience booking domestic and international travel.
- Will be onsite FT, must be available to work onsite as needed, including for training.
