Status: M-F, Full-time
Compensation: $23.00 Hourly
Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with hiring managers; to connect regarding hiring needs and recruiting strategies
• Provide initial phone screening with candidates to set proper expectations about job requirements and learn about their background - education/work history/skills/salary
• Qualify applicants to make hiring recommendations and move them through the hiring process
• Work in a team-based environment to support hiring managers in reaching goals and hiring priorities

Qualifications:

• Ability to set and achieve goals independently
• Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to achieve goals
• Willingness to communicate with hiring managers via email, phone, and in-person
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
