Cybba is Hiring a Digital Account Manager Near Boston, MA
Overview
As an Account Manager you will play a key role in driving campaign performance and growing your personal book of clients. With an overall focus on Net Retention, it will be your responsibility to optimize campaigns, identify upsell opportunities, and secure long-term agreements with your clients. You’ll be joining a dynamic group that is passionate about putting customers first and takes pride in winning and growing as a team.
This is a hybrid position located out of our Boston Seaport office.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a book of business that is tied to a net retention goal
- Partner with the AdOps Team and other Media Teams to manage programs and campaigns
- Build positive relationships with Senior Managers within client organizations
- Understand all digital marketing disciplines to provide a point of view on standard methodologies and solutions
- Find opportunities for up-sell and long-term conversion opportunities to grow book of revenue
- Develop detailed proposals, estimates, statements of work, and Digital Marketing work plans
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in client facing role or sales
- Detail-oriented with the ability to project manage, set priorities, and stay organized when managing multiple client relationships
- Proven record of building trust with multiple stakeholders
- Proven record of consistent quota achievement and book growth
- Excellent listening, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment
- Digital marketing or ad ops background is a plus
