Culinaire is hiring a CATERING SALES COORDINATOR to work with an amazing Team at the Arts District Mansion located in the heart of downtown Dallas. This position will support the Director of Catering and Catering Sales Manager.

A few job responsibilities are as follows:

· Answers telephone for the Catering department, take messages and assists callers.

· Types and emails correspondence for direct reports.

· Responsible for production of invoice, emailing/mailing invoices, maintaining invoice files and transferring the information to accounting through the Culinaire portal

· Distributes Banquet Event Orders once approved by DOC. Distributes guarantee and change sheets ensuring chef and banquet manager are aware of any last-minute changes

· Ensures BEO binder is kept accurate and up to date with changes and guarantees

· Sets up and maintains accurate event and client files.

· Maintains payment and tax-exempt binders

· Assist guests to ensure their satisfaction.

· Assume all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Catering.

· Very personable while staying poised and professional

· Comfortable with email and phone correspondence

· Extremely multi-tasked oriented and organized

· Proficient with Microsoft Office
