Culinaire is in search for an experienced and seasoned BANQUET CAPTAIN to lead the catering team at the Carnegie Science Center.
A few important duties and responsibilities will include:
We are looking for:
· A minimum of three (3) years of banquet experience
· Works with minimal supervision and can lead a team independently
· Multi-tasked oriented and extremely organized
· Communicate effectively both written and verbal
· Works in a fast paced environment
· Works a flexible schedule
· Possesses RAMP and Food Handlers’ Certification as required
· Stands and walks for long period
Culinaire provide upscale food and beverage management services to a very diverse collection of national accounts to include art centers, cultural landmarks, hotels, restaurant, performing theaters, special event venues, and zoos.
