HiltonGarden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown is searching for a Banquet Captain/Restaurant Supervisorto join their team. This is a dual role that will work as a BanquetCaptain in Roost, our elevated event space and a Restaurant Supervisor in ourstreet level restaurant Revel. As aBanquet Captain in Roost, you will be responsible for supervising the banquetstaff. You will be involved in the set up and cleanup of meeting rooms andballroom for banquets, meetings, and other social functions. You will executeevent orders, provide service for events, and ensure events run smoothly and client’sneeds are met.

Whenworking in Revel as a Restaurant Supervisor youwill be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and AssistantRestaurant Manager in restaurant operations to ensure that everything runssmoothly. You will train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance withfood health and safety regulations, manage booking of reservations, and resolvecustomer complaints.

• Knowledge of food & beverage

Education and Experience

• Highschool diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Banquet and Restaurant experience required
• Must be available nights, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage
