```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Banquet Captain / Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of banquet events, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

```Duties```
- Coordinate and supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Ensure proper table settings and presentation
- Oversee food and beverage service during events
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Assist with menu planning and food production coordination
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- Train and mentor banquet staff on service standards and procedures
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in kitchen management, food service management, or restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Culinary background or knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Shift management experience is preferred
- Experience in hotel banquets is a plus
