CULINIARE is in search for experienced and service oriented BANQUET BARTENDERS AND SERVERS to work at Carnegie Science Center. If you want to be a part of an Award Winning Team, come join us!

A few main responsibilities are as follows:

· Adhere to alcohol portion control standard

· Responsible for prompt service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

· Interpret and execute table layout and diagram.

· Complete all set up and breakdown as needed for each banquet event

· Follow specific job duties in opening/closing and side duties.

· Maintain a friendly, positive and professional attitude and behavior to all clients and guests

· Responsible for making sure that each service piece of china, glass and silver is spotless before it is placed on a table, and that each table is set-up uniformly.

· Ability to read, interpret and execute specific requirements, as stated in banquet event order.

Do you possess the following skills or certifications?

· Alcohol or Food Handlers

· Two or more years of previous banquet bartender and service experience

· Lift and carry a tray or push/pull a cart, up to fifty, (50) pounds

· Perform in a face paced environment.

· Stand or walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods.

· Resolve issues or problems quickly to satisfy the client or guest
