Job Overview:
Here at Atria's Pleasant Hills we are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. As the Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist in training and supervising servers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests

-Responsible for Handling checkouts and financial accountability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement new strategies for improving service quality

-Ordering or Procurement of product for front of house

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast paced, upscale restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in bartending techniques and able to prepare a variety of beverages
- Familiarity with catering operations and banquet service protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
