Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Manage calendars and arrange travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues
- Handle order entry and process invoices
- Assist with personal tasks for executives, such as making reservations or transcribing documents
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document management and collaboration
- Previous experience working in a dental office is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
